If there’s a thread running through my 22-year career, it’s this: I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people’s potential come alive and how that energy can transform a brand.

I began in the early days of Apple Retail, where I saw firsthand how culture and customer experience could spark a movement and reshape an entire industry. From there, I helped launch and scale global fashion brands like Mulberry, AllSaints, and The Kooples across North America, learning how creativity, culture, and commercial clarity come together to fuel growth.

After leaving the retail industry, I found myself drawn into the world of health and wellness. This was the moment my personal path of self-awareness and development aligned with my professional journey. Yoga and mindfulness took root, reshaping not only how I lived but also how I led. Over the last eight years, I’ve immersed myself in the wellness space, deepening my study of consciousness, human potential, and the practices that help people thrive. Today, that integration of mindfulness and conscious leadership runs through all of my work with teams and organizations.

More recently, I’ve partnered with purpose-led companies like Cecilian Partners and PAKA Apparel, helping leaders and teams evolve brand, people, and culture from the inside out. It’s here that my philosophy came fully into view: culture is the soil of a company.

You can plant the best strategies, the most beautiful brand ideas, or the most innovative products, but if the soil is depleted, disconnected, or dry, nothing truly grows. When culture is rich with trust, clarity, creativity, and care, everything flourishes. People thrive. Vision takes root.
